Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

At Bytecore, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which orders may be cancelled, returned, replaced, or refunded.
By placing an order on www.bytecore.in, you agree to the terms of this policy.
1. Order Cancellation
Before Shipment
Customers may cancel an order before it has been shipped.
If the cancellation request is approved:

A full refund will be processed for prepaid orders.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Customers may request a return only if the product qualifies under this policy.
2. Return Eligibility
Products may be eligible for return if:

4. Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, products must:

Be unused and in original condition.

Include warranty cards and manuals.

Be returned in the original manufacturer packaging.

Include the original invoice or proof of purchase.
Bytecore reserves the right to inspect returned products before approving a refund or replacement.
5. Return Process
To request a return:

Log in to your Bytecore account and submit a return request, or contact Customer Support.

Provide your order number and reason for return.

Upload photos or videos if requested.

Wait for return approval.

Our logistics partner will arrange pickup where available, or you may be requested to ship the product to our service center.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
6. Replacement Policy
If the returned product is verified as:

Defective

Damaged during shipping

Incorrect product
Bytecore may provide:

A replacement of the same product, or
-
A replacement of equivalent value (subject to availability), or

A refund if replacement is not possible.
Replacement requests are subject to stock availability.
7. Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and successfully inspected, refunds will be processed.
Refunds are generally completed within 5–7 business days after approval.
Refunds will be credited through the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after verification of your bank account details.
Shipping charges and convenience fees, if any, are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on the part of Bytecore.
8. Damaged or Missing Products
If you receive:

Missing items

Incorrect products
Please:

Do not accept visibly damaged packages whenever possible.

Contact Bytecore Customer Support within 24 hours of delivery.

Provide photographs or videos of the package and product.
Failure to report such issues within the specified period may affect your eligibility for replacement or refund.
9. Warranty Claims
Manufacturer warranty, where applicable, will be governed by the respective manufacturer's warranty terms.
Bytecore will assist customers in coordinating warranty claims but is not responsible for warranty decisions made by manufacturers.
10. Inspection and Approval
All returned products undergo inspection.
Bytecore reserves the right to reject returns if:

The product is found damaged due to customer misuse.

Parts or accessories are missing.

The serial number does not match our records.

The product has been tampered with.

Return conditions have not been met.
Our inspection team's decision shall be final.
11. Non-Delivery Refunds
If your prepaid order cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to Bytecore or our logistics partner, a full refund will be initiated.
If delivery fails because of:

Incorrect contact information

Customer unavailable after delivery attempts

Refusal to accept delivery
Bytecore reserves the right to deduct applicable shipping charges before processing any refund.
12. Force Majeure
Refunds, replacements, and deliveries may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

Courier service interruptions
