This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders placed through www.bytecore.in ("Bytecore Platform") are processed, shipped, and delivered.

By placing an order through the Bytecore Platform, you agree to the terms of this Shipping & Delivery Policy.


1. Order Processing

Once your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed (where applicable), Bytecore begins processing your order.

  • Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Processing times may vary during festivals, promotional events, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Orders are subject to product availability and successful payment verification.


2. Shipping Partners

Bytecore works with trusted courier and logistics partners to deliver products safely and efficiently across India.

Our logistics partners may include national and regional courier companies depending on your delivery location.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive shipment confirmation along with tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).


3. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your delivery location.

Typical delivery timelines are:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 Business Days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–7 Business Days
  • Remote Locations: 5–10 Business Days

Delivery dates displayed on the website are estimated and should not be considered guaranteed delivery commitments.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.

Shipping charges may vary based on:

  • Product weight
  • Product dimensions
  • Delivery location
  • Courier partner
  • Promotional offers

Any applicable shipping fee will be clearly shown before you place your order.


5. Serviceable Locations

Bytecore currently delivers to most locations across India.

Delivery availability depends on the serviceability of your PIN code.

If your delivery location is not serviceable, you will be informed during checkout or shortly after placing your order.

Bytecore reserves the right to cancel orders for locations that become unserviceable after order confirmation. Any eligible payment received will be refunded according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.


6. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure successful delivery, customers must provide accurate information, including:

  • Full Name
  • Complete Shipping Address
  • Landmark (if applicable)
  • Mobile Number
  • Email Address
  • Correct PIN Code

Bytecore shall not be responsible for delivery delays or failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.


7. Delivery Attempts

Our logistics partners will generally make up to two (2) delivery attempts.

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Customer unavailable
  • Incorrect address
  • Incorrect contact information
  • Delivery refusal

the shipment may be returned to Bytecore.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch, where applicable.


8. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

You can track your shipment through:

  • Your Bytecore account
  • Courier partner's website
  • Tracking link provided via email or SMS

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.


9. Delivery Verification

For security purposes, certain deliveries may require:

  • One-Time Password (OTP)
  • Signature upon delivery
  • Valid identification (where applicable)

Please keep your registered mobile number accessible during delivery.


10. Package Inspection

Customers are advised to inspect the package before accepting delivery.

Do not accept packages that appear:

  • Torn
  • Damaged
  • Opened
  • Tampered
  • Missing security seals

If you receive a damaged package, refuse delivery and immediately contact Bytecore Customer Support.

Acceptance of a visibly damaged or tampered package may affect eligibility for claims relating to missing items, damaged products, or incorrect deliveries.


11. Delivery Delays

While Bytecore strives to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Floods
  • Earthquakes
  • Political unrest
  • Government restrictions
  • Transport disruptions
  • Public holidays
  • Courier delays
  • Force majeure events

Bytecore shall not be liable for delays arising from such circumstances.


12. Failed Deliveries

If your order is returned to Bytecore due to unsuccessful delivery attempts or an incorrect shipping address, we may:

  • Cancel the order
  • Issue a refund after deducting applicable shipping charges (if any)
  • Arrange re-delivery upon customer request, subject to additional shipping charges

13. Risk and Ownership

Ownership and risk of loss for the product pass to the customer upon successful delivery to the shipping address provided during checkout.

Customers are responsible for inspecting the product immediately after delivery.


14. Returns and Reverse Pickup

Returns, exchanges, and reverse pickups are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

If your return request is approved, our logistics partner will contact you to arrange product pickup.

Products must be returned in their original condition along with:

  • Original packaging
  • Invoice
  • Accessories
  • User manuals
  • Warranty cards (if applicable)

15. International Shipping

Currently, Bytecore ships products only within India unless otherwise specified.

International shipping services may be introduced in the future.

Bytecore reserves the right to modify or update this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time without prior notice.

Updated versions will be published on the Bytecore Platform and become effective immediately upon publication.
